First to address the other review, I would surmise folks buy this smaller 3'' kit already have the 6 inch and buy some extra pads for it also. That is what I did, what is disingenuous about that suggestion? On to the review. I have used many brands of other products and wanted to see if Griots was really that good. It is, I was really impressed with the clay and speed shine It took off more gunk and less paint than Meguires which was way too aggressive. I was nervous about using the polish and machine as everyone has seen some poor car "swirled" to death. Not to worry it seems Griots products are all very gentle. As it was dusk when I was finishing up I won't really know about the wax untill tomorrow. The 6" machine is very good at least compared to the cheap Walmart buffer it replaces. The 3" machine is a different type by the way it performs when it is on but it still gets the job done admirably. These kits are the only way to buy them as Griots would just be too much for me to justify, even as good as it is, otherwise. I really don't like how most kits are put together, if you want to go all out, clay polish, glaze, wax and seal you have to buy several kits or piece it together at individual prices.
