As delivered, mine was unusable.
The shank was bent open too wide, I closed it up with a vise.
Either one hole in the attachment bar is too small, or the included shackle is too big. I'll drill out the bar tomorrow, it's close, but won't work as is.
Also, the flukes look slightly different than the pictures I've seen, and the attachment bar is flat, not round.

I'm sure that once I fix it, it will work just fine.
For the price, I didn't expect perfection, but I did expect to be able to assemble it.
I would have sent it back, but It wasn't too difficult to fix, and I may need it soon.
