The Model 840 is designed for use with the Cannon Ball Express, Siberian Express, and Orient Express train horns or any high pressure horns that require an onboard air system. Designed with a special extended tank (5.5 liter) and a heavy duty, high volume compressor it will sound the Cannon Ball Express or Siberian Express train horns for ten seconds of continuous sound. The Model 840 is a simple two-piece air supply system consisting of a metal storage tank, compressor, 10 ft. of 1/4 � air hose, brass fittings and mounting hardware. The Turbo Compressor is balanced and has heavy rubber bushing in it �s mounting base to virtually eliminate all vibration and a built-in pressure regulator to maintain 110 PSI.

installation was pretty simple and straight forward. just drill holes, put in screws and attach bolts. then just connect up wires and hoses and off you go. had no troubles with leaks and it runs fine. mounted the compressor in the lock box of my pickup truck, along with the air horn and valve.

although, i modified the system a bit. besides adding a toggle switch to the compressor to shut it off, i also bought a few T-joints from the local hardware store and added:
-a pressure gauge so i could see what the pressure is at. had to get extra hose for this so i could put the gauge in the cab of my pickup truck.
-a safety relief valve that will automatically release pressure once it hits 125PSI. the pump should shut off at 110PSI though so this is only in case it doesn't shut off, or in case the air temp changes enough to drastically increase the pressure in the tank. its also useful to drain the tank if needed
-a quick connect valve to easily attach other tools, mainly a tire inflater (the compressor came with one, but its quite cheap and the hose isn't long enough), maybe some pneumatic tools to make changing tires easier.
-additional hose attachment for a possible additional air horn

There is nothing missing from this helmet. I've bought 3 of them. I wear glasses and the helmet is very easy to put on and take off even with my glasses on due to the front guard access. I have a headset that is easy to use with this helmet as it has the earphone pockets. The option to have sun shades down or up is great and is not a problem to adjust while riding. And the light on the back of the helmet has 3 different flash settings. DOT stamp on the back and the price makes this the perfect helmet. Although I havent tested the durability, I dont plan on falling..lol

Flitz CY 61501-6A Motorcycle Detailing Kit, (Pack of 6) Review

I purchased this item to polish some wheels I had for many years. They were painted so I had to first strip them of all the paint and junk off them. They looked pretty decent after I did the stripping, so I decided to but this kit and try to polish them and see if that would bring them back to a decent shine for now till I could afford new wheels. The reason I bought this kit was so i could get into the center parts of the mags.
The buffer worked good as advertised but the polish did not make much of any difference. I had other polishing compounds > the standard red & white rouge ect and they worked just as good if not better than the Flitz polishing compound. The only thing else I can say is that the customer service from this company really sucks. When I emailed and asked for shipping info they acted like I was wasting their time and would only help if I paid for express shipping which would cost more that the kit.
Bottom Line is > the polisher tool is good but the rest of the kit is not much of any good as far as I am concerned.
Also I will never do business with this company again. Thanks
