I first called my local Volvo dealer to find out the price of replacing a Valeo ballast and was shocked to find out that it was going to cost me upwards of $400 to replace this part. So I searched and reviewed several Internet sites then decided to purchase via Amazon, a pair of ballasts from OEM Xenon Parts located in Seattle. It was one of the most pleasant purchasing experiences I've had in a very long time. Customer Care second to none both by phone and E-mail.

I phoned the supplier OEM Xenon Parts to verify the part was correct and to obtain detail on the shipping cost and length of time if would take to ship to items to Ottawa, Ontario. I spoke with a gentleman who identified himself as Wei who gave me his E-mail address and asked that I communicate directly with him via E-mail. After a couple E-mail exchanges and all relative information gathered I returned to Amazon and placed the order. Shortly after the order was placed Wei and I noticed that an error was made in the shipping fee charged by Amazon. Wei immediately made contact and had the shipping adjusted and requested a credit.

A few days later the parts were received, installed and my lights are working like new.
