First of all, buying this using Amazon Prime, I ordered it on Thursday and it was delivered on Saturday! Very impressive.

Next, this item is the real deal, very heavy duty, extremely well made. Installation was easy with one other person to help lift it in place. With just one person, I imagine it would be pretty hard.

Installation required the removal of two plastic trim panels under the Highlander. Also, you have to remove the tow brackets that come stock. Those are the holes you use to mount the product. The plastic panels cannot be put back on without cutting them. I choose to leave them off because you cannot see them when just looking at the auto. They are mud/dirt covers so I guess some of the underside of the vehicle will get dirty, oh well.

The fit is perfect, the bolt holes lined up exactly, the supplied bolts are very heavy duty, but you can also use the ones that you take off the tow brackets.

I've used Hidden Hitch in the past, this is my first Reese, and I am very impressed.
