this is the best made torque wrench i have ever seen. the handle is a click type adjustment that snaps in place with a lock ring that ensures your adjustments to be more accurate. The wrench is an extremely tough built design compared to the craftsman i had which broke. The craftsman store advised me that you must have the receipt to return a torque wrench because they dont consider it to be a hand tool. Thats a hand tool if I've ever seen one. I picked up my proto at a pawn shop for 90 dollars. Extremely satisfied with the quality and this wrench was worth more than i gave for it even used at the price of a new craftsman. If you want one that will last forever then this is probably it.
