I used this seat to add a 3rd row to my 2012 JK and it worked perfect. Comes with all the brackets and hardware to mount to and existing floor pan. Holes do not match to anything so that had to be taken care of by me. Quality of materials and functionality of the seat is great it also match with the 2012's black fairly well looks almost factory. My wife loved it and actually liked the color and pattern that is the ultimate test. Well worth it for the price and new.
