This is a heavy duty tool box. It's very nice and the side handles are very heavy duty, each held on with four bolts. The keys (comes with two) and lock is very nice quality and locks very strong. The paint job is very nice on the box as well, they also include green anti-slip pads so your tools don't slide around. I finally have a nice safe place to put all my extra tools. The only con is I don't have the rolling cabinet, but I will definitely be getting one in the near future!
