Before buying you should know that this only comes with a 12V car battery charger and will only be used in your vehicle. If that's okay with you then great, buy this! You can buy a separate battery/additional lenses (red, etc) for more money as well.

With that being said this spotlight is AWESOME. I use it to shine coyotes and shoot em at night from my rig and it'll pick em' up easy up to 400 yards away. The light tends to dissipate at around 500-600 yards but you can still easily pick up eyes or see the animal looking at you/running. I give this 2 thumbs up! My only buggaboo with this is you are restricted to your vehicle, but that can be fixed as long as you fork over some cash or jimmy rig a car/motorcycle battery up to take a 12V then you'll be set.
