The rear end on my son's Tacoma would sag terribly when towing our ATV trailer. I bought Timbrens for my Dodge and thought these might work for the Tacoma as well. They work great! They're fairly easy to install. The instructions say that you have to loosen the u-bolts on the suspension to remove the old bump stops and install the new bump stop plate. We found this wasn't necessary... we just took a sawzall and cut the old bump stops off.

Again, a high quality product and a must for any Tacoma that tows a trailer or hauls more than a pillow in the back.

Roof Rack Cross Bars without Panoramic Roof Review

I chose this particular roof rack for my '12 Sorento because it was a Kia part (designed for the car -- not a generic/aftermarket), yet not as expensive as many of the OEM parts found at the dealership or other online sources. They arrived super-fast, went on with ease. The only tools needed was a ruler/tape measure to ensure it was at the proper placement from the front and back seams and a step-stool or small step-ladder to easily reach the top of the car.

I had the front and back on, secured, tools put away, and the instructions and rack key in the glovebox in less than 15 minutes time! Honestly, opening the box was the hardest task (and that's a good thing!!).

The cross bars are lightweight material, but very strong. They are well-built and are a breeze to install or remove in a snap as compared to some others I've seen in person and looked at online. My only dislike is that the cross bars are black, and the existing bars on my Sorento are a silver color. If the cross bars could be the same color as the car -- or if Kia would've just made the existing roof rack black, the problem would be solved there. Overall, I'm not complaining! I don't plan on leaving them on my car all the time since they're so easy to install and remove.

Overall, I give them an A+!

So, my wife backed her driver's side rearview mirror into a pole and shattered the glass. After calling our local Chevy dealer and finding that they wanted ALMOST $400 for the replacement, I started doing some research. I bought these for my SXS or UTV for the versatility and the stylishness, the cool factor. They are suppose to be ok exposed to the elements like water/rain. Out of the three gauges I've had to remove them several times and take them apart and dry them out. I have recently added some silicone to the seals on them and they are staying dry now.
