Just installed the tire carrier onto my 2010 Unlimited JK. Was very skeptical at first, however, I am very pleased with outcome. The kit was a breeze to install and it appears to handle my 35x12.50x18 with no problem. Beats the hell out of traditional carriers in terms of ease of use and price. Only frustration was due to the fact that I did not have enough wire to run the harness to the 3rd brake light. It was about 3 inches short. Had to splice it in order to get the harness connected.
