When the snorkel arrive it didn't have any instructions Only a cardboard template. I emailed the seller and told him there were no instructions he emailed me back with a set of generic instructions. this snorkell will fit a 98 XJ but you will have to do some fabrication on the snorkel itself to make it work. it was made for the older Jeep XJ in 97 they move the washer bottle to the driver side which is why you have to modify the snorkel to make it work.
