I'll start off by stating that I had quite a fiasco with the first vendor which happened to be the cheapest as they sent me the wrong product. Even had to send back at my own expense. No phone just communications via email and they are not timely. Don't deal with them. "Coast are you listening". Amazon Shame eon you for even allowing this seller to continue.

Second time, ordered directly thru Amazon. the video quality is just O.K. Not what you would expect at this price level. I had to return the unit because the camera video was so fare off center and I could not get it even close by shimming. I mean it was way off to one side so I could not line up the vehicle to the guide lines. No amount of shimming would have helped. Did not figure this out until I wired everything up and installed the camera properly. BOYO was no help either as they wanted me to ship the unit back to them at my expense. So back it went to Amazon.

Third one was fine in the sense that the video was centered, but like the other unit, the video is not really that great. Save some $$ and by something cheap off ebay. If it fails, replace it. For this price, you can probably replace the camera 5 or 6 times and still be ahead of the game. Fustrating security bolts to boot. If it was not for having to rewire, I would have returned this as well.
