So before i buy anything i usually read a few of the bad reviews regarding a product to see if they are probably true. I've seen a lot of bad reviews about XO flip down DVDs so wasnt to sure about buying this but thought i would give it a go. it arrived in good time, well packed. I had it professionally installed. The installer had carried these before but had stopped because of quality issues. Anyway it worked after the install so i drove off. Parked up and tried the remote. So here was the 1st problem i couldnt get the remote to work but it seems all the controls are on the device so oh well. Anyway driving home the unit goes out and its been installed for less than 30 mins. Not good. Next day returned to the installer and it turns out their is a small transformer and fuse inline and the fuse has gone. Installer says its a bad unit. And here i am thinking i should have believed those who warned against these XO units. Replacing the fuse is no good so had to return the unit. Retailer was good about it they even sent me return postage label. A new one arrived and installed it myself (theres just 2 wires). So far so good however the remote still does not work. Picture and sound are both great. Only gets 4 stars because of the remote. But this product sure has quality issues. But compared to what the professional installers want to install an overhead this is still worth it.
