Genuine Honda parts. Installation was very quick & easy, but for those in doubt, you can find a video on Youtube that walks you through the process before ordering (gave us confidence). My husband was initially stumped as to how to adjust the front Right Stay out (diagram points to part, but doesn't mention that you need to unscrew the cover underneath, adjust, fit to roof rail, remove again & screw cover back on before attaching to rail). Once he got that figured out, it was smooth sailing. Back crossbar needed no adjustment.
