Speed & Strength SS2200 Modular Helmet (SMALL) (WINE) Review

I got this helmet because I ride a sport bike and a cruiser. I chose this one because the chin bar comes off. My last 2 helmets were modular, and I only put the chin-bar down for the highway, rain or cold.
Pros:
LUV the chin-strap connector!! GREAT design that works great - takes a bit of adjustment at first, but totally worth it.
The color is much nicer than the pictures here. Shiny and deep. Red with a touch of maroon.
Chin bar is easy to remove & put on.
The face shield is very nice - no optical distortions. It clicks into it's different positions positively. The design is one that won't easily wear out (My last helmet would open or close in the wind, which is why I got this one). Haven't tested the anti-fog yet.
The drop down inner tinted visor comes down right to my nose - absolutely perfect.
The removeable liner is a nice feature (see below).
Cons:
The size is NOT standard. I've been wearing small helmets for 20 yrs. This small is to big!!! I thought of getting an XS liner, but decided to get a XS helmet. It fits me perfect.
The chin-strap is WAY TOO LONG. They obviously didn't compensate for the new-style connector. And there's nowhere to tuck the extra...
The brand, model, DOT 'sticker' on the back looks tacky with this color. It's under the clear coat, so you can't take it off. This is what had me decide to get a different helmet (and size).
Doesn't come with a manual. Well it does, but not for THIS helmet. No instruction on strap connector, vents, chin bar or changing shields. I contacted S&S & haven't heard back - it's been a week.
Nit-picks:
The shield doesn't have a position that is 'open just a crack'. I think every helmet should have this!
Can't put the inner, tinted shield down part way. It would be nice.
There should be covers for the 'holes' when you remove the chin-bar.
Can't feel the venting - but haven't tried it with the inner shield down. I suspect it blocks the flow when it's up inside the helmet.
