Hidden Hitch 87438 Class III/IV Receiver Trailer Hitch Review

I purchased this rack so that I could use it to pull around a hitch bike rack for 4 bikes. I have only used it for that purpose and have not done any heavy hauling.

The rack was simple to install, especially for a guy who has very limited tools and skills (like me!). I installed it while the car was parked in my driveway. All the parts were included and the boalts were of a standard size for the ratched wrench.

It was a little tricky getting past the heat shields by the exhaust system, but with a little patience and the right angle it goes right into place. I installed this myself in about an hour, but could have done it quicker with a friend and some help to hold one side of the hitch in place while I screwed in the boalts on the other side. I ended up using some bricks and boxes to hold up one side (it works but not the safest technique) while I screwed in the other side. Also, you should consider wearing some clear safety/shooting glasses when you do the installation since stuff will fall from the undercarriage of your car while working on the installation.
